Using Responsible Gaming Tools

To activate gaming restrictions, you must send an email to the designated customer support address provided on www.ek.game, including a statement such as, “I wish to be excluded from www.ek.game.” Alternatively, you can visit www.ek.game and navigate to the “Responsible Gaming” section. Your self-exclusion request will be processed immediately upon confirmation by our support team.

1.2. If you opt for indefinite self-exclusion, your account will be permanently closed, and you will be restricted from creating a new account on our platform.

1.3. During account setup, you may also apply limits to your gaming activities. This means you will only be able to deposit and wager up to a predetermined amount within a seven-day period. These limits cannot be increased during the active week but can be adjusted for the following week.

1.4. Once self-exclusion is activated through any of the specified methods, it cannot be revoked for at least seven days. After this period, you may request account reactivation by emailing customer support, allowing you to regain access to gaming services.
